ALO Block

Privacy policy & account deletion

Effective date: 25 October 2026

ALO Block (“the game”) is made by AL (Absolute Level One). This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and how you can delete it. Questions: support@absolutelevelone.com.

1. Playing without an account

You can play without an account. Your scores, statistics, settings and saved game are stored only on your phone. Photos and songs you choose for the game also stay on your phone and are never uploaded.

2. If you create an account

An account is optional, only for players aged 13 or older, and only needed for the global leaderboard. We then store:

We use this data only to run your account and the leaderboard and to prevent cheating. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Support requests: if you contact support from the game, we receive your e-mail address, your message, the app version and your phone's Android version. We use them only to answer you and delete them within 12 months.

3. Services we use

The game has no ads and no analytics or tracking.

4. How long we keep data

Account data is kept until you delete your account. After deletion it is removed from our systems right away; copies in our provider’s backups and logs are removed within 30 days.

5. Deleting your account

Games, statistics and settings stored on your phone are not affected; uninstalling the game removes them.

6. Children

Everyone can play the game, including children, without an account and without giving any personal data. Creating an account requires being 13 or older. When an account is created the game asks for the player’s date of birth only to check this; it is never sent to our server. If the player is under 13, the date of birth is kept only on that phone, so account creation stays blocked there until their 13th birthday, and is then deleted. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. An account is created only after you enter the code from the e-mail. If you believe a child created an account, write to support@absolutelevelone.com and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it at any time by writing to support@absolutelevelone.com. If you live in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

All communication between the game and the server uses encrypted HTTPS connections.

9. Changes

If this policy changes (for example if ads are added), we will update this page and the date above, and show a notice in the game.
